Key Responsibilities:
- Remove and install flight control surfaces and components.
- Perform weight and balance calculations, including adjustments to flight control surfaces.
- Conduct rigging and operational testing of all flight control surfaces, including autopilot systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to flight control systems.
- Utilize OEM and Engineering drawings to modify structures and flight controls as needed.
- Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Aeronautical Maintenance Technician (AMT).
- Conversational proficiency in English (B2 level) is required.
- Willingness to relocate to the USA.
- Possession of a valid technical certification or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
